On the ground floor is the first of the villa's three bedrooms. This room comprises twin beds, bedside table and lamp and fitted robes.
On the first floor, there is the second twin bedroom which also comprises bedside table and lamp and fitted robes.
The master bedroom is a spacious room with double bed, fitted robes, bedside tables and lamps. Patio doors lead you to the large balcony.
The family bathroom is modern and fully tiled comprising bath, overbath shower, vanity basin, wc and bidet.
The villa benefits from large terraces to front and side of property. The tiled front porch is ideal for sitting in the evening sun.
As well as the sun balcony off the master bedroom there is a large rooftop solarium which is perfect for daytime sunbathing with complete privacy. Also offers views of the beautiful Salt Lakes of Torrevieja.
There is a generous drive secured with gates.
There is a large communal swimming pool available for use (just 5 houses away from the villa) where access is restricted to card holders (Cards will be available with keys on arrival).

The Area
Jardin del Mar is an ideal location for a family holiday.
Although a quiet, resedential area, you are just a walk away from the Hypermarket, large Shopping Mall, Bowling Alley, Aquapark, McDonald's and KFC.
The centre of Torrevieja is just a 5 minute drive and the same distance to some glorious beaches.

A deposit of 20% is payable on booking with the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival.
A damage and key deposit of £50 is required and will be returned after inspection of the property.
Please add a preparation cleaning and laundry charge of 50 euros per booking.
