This first floor property in the heart of Playa Flamenca is a real home from home. Instead of the sometimes sparse furnishings of some rental properties, here you will find comfort is paramount.

If security is important to you, this property will reassure you like no other. Located first of all within a small, private, gated urbanisation, the property is on the first floor and accessed through two locked gates leading to the spacious balcony.

The balcony overlooks one of the two community pools and decorative fish pond and is furnished with table and chairs. Lots of potted trees and plants create a lovely meditteranean atmosphere - ideal for dining al fresco.

Leading from the balcony is my favourite room of the property - the huge conservatory. At one end you will find a luxury lounge area furnished with white leather suite, rugs, coffee table and lamps and at the other end is a formal dining area with contemporary glass dining table and seating for six.

Beyond the conservatory, we enter the main body of the property.

An open plan design adds to the feeling of space in this property.

The lounge area is furnished with two sofas, coffee table, bureau, lamps and gorgeous feature fireplace. For your comfort, this room is air conditioned.

The dining kitchen is contemporary in its design and is fully equipped with full oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils, crockery and cookware.

The Master Bedroom comprises comfortable double bed, full wall of fitted, mirrored robes and drawers, bedside tables and lamps.

The twin bedroom comprises twin beds, bedside table and lamp, full wall of fitted robes and is decorated in a style ideal for the younger members of the family.

The family sized bathroom comprises bath with marble surround, overbath shower, wc, bidet and marble vanity basin.

The property's utility room is home to the washing machine, iron and board.

The small and very select urbanisation of Miraflores 2 is really well maintained and is a haven of peace and quiet.

The urbanisation is fully gated providing added security and is traffic free, adding to the peace and quiet.

The Area

A small, resedential urbanisation, nestled in the heart of Playa Flamenca, with the Saturday market just around the corner.

A few minutes walk to the Via Park 1 and 2 Commercial centres with their restaurants and bars of many different nationalities e.g. Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, English, Irish and more.

A few minutes drive away is the Flamenca Beach complex with lots more bars, small supermarket and includes the famous Diva Indian Restaurant as seen recently on BBC TV.

If, you want a round of golf there are locally 3 excellent golf courses Los Rambles, Campaomor and Villa Martin. Villa Martin is 3 kilometres away with a wide range of restaurants and bars including a bowlingo bar a small version of bowling, perfect for the children. There are also some retail shops, not forgetting the parrots that fly around the square nesting in the palm trees.

Less than 15 minutes walk away you will find a large supermarket (the ‘Mercadona’) for all your food shopping needs. In the Mercadona mall there are other shops including a café and a newsagent where stamps can be brought and a shop where you can email, fax and telephone from.

The beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are a 15 minute stroll or just a 5 minute drive.

Booking Information

A deposit of 20 percent is payable on booking with the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival.

A damage and key deposit of £50 is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the house.

Please add a cleaning and laundry charge of 50 euros per booking, to be paid on arrival.
