The small and very select urbanisation of Miraflores 2 is really well maintained and is a haven of peace and quiet.

The Conservatory Dining Area



The Area
A small, resedential urbanisation, nestled in the heart of Playa Flamenca, with the Saturday market just around the corner.

A few minutes walk to the Via Park 1 and 2 Commercial centres with their restaurants and bars of many different nationalities e.g. Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, English, Irish and more.

A few minutes drive away is the Flamenca Beach complex with lots more bars, small supermarket and includes the famous Diva Indian Restaurant as seen recently on BBC TV.

If, you want a round of golf there are locally 3 excellent golf courses Los Rambles, Campaomor and Villa Martin. Villa Martin is 3 kilometres away with a wide range of restaurants and bars including a bowlingo bar a small version of bowling, perfect for the children. There are also some retail shops, not forgetting the parrots that fly around the square nesting in the palm trees.

Less than 15 minutes walk away you will find a large supermarket (the ‘Mercadona’) for all your food shopping needs. In the Mercadona mall there are other shops including a café and a newsagent where stamps can be brought and a shop where you can email, fax and telephone from.

The beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are a 15 minute stroll or just a 5 minute drive.

Booking Information
A deposit of 20 percent is payable on booking with the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival.

A damage and key deposit of £50 is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the house.

Please add a cleaning and laundry charge of 50 euros per booking, to be paid on arrival.
