The owners of this property have kept their guests in mind all the way, providing anti allergin mattress protectors and Egyptian cotton bedding on all beds.
From both bedrooms you can enjoy stunning views of the lake and open countryside.
The family bathroom is equipped with triple walk in shower, wc and vanity basin.
The contemporary fitted kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs including oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and board plus all utensils and crockery.
Heating is installed for the cooler months in all rooms.
The apartment benefits from a lovely covered patio which is a welcome retreat from the midday sun.

The Area
Torremendo is a small village that is surrounded by orange and olive
groves and is one of the remaining unspoilt villages of the Southern Costa Blanca, where locals still sit outside in the
evening to chat or to play games and are very friendly, saying "hola" as you
pass. Here you can enjoy traditional Spain, without being too far
from the lively town of Torrevieja.
In Torremendo, there is a butchers,
bakers, convenience store, tobacconist/childrens nick nacks, 2
hairdressers, 2 banks, pharmacy, 2 bars (1 with sky sports and pool table)
and 2 cafe bars all within a few minutes walk.
A few minutes drive down the road is "El Toro Steakhouse, which is an
English run restaurant/bar and if you want a break from driving then
you can call them and they will pick you up and drop you off free of
charge when booking a table for at least 2.
Also within a few minutes
drive is Lo Rufete, which is a multi adventure centre, they have horse
riding lessons for adults and children, quad bikes
excursions or circuits for the less adventurous. They also have Archery,
hiking, mountain biking, paint balling, traditional games, eco friendly
cars for hire and the use of a free swimming pool.
The nearest water park
is Aquapolis in Torrevieja, which is open from June through to September,
go-karting is available at Go-Kart Orihuela Costa a few minutes from
Torrevieja and within 15 minutes drive of Torremendo.
There are several golf courses within a 10 minutes drive which includes
Villamartin and Campoamor golf courses.
The apartment has unspoilt views (as per pictures taken from bedroom) and
is in walking distance of the Embassament de la pedrera, which is a
lake/reservoir where you can fish or swim.
Torremendo is around 40 minutes drive to Alicante airport and around 25
minutes from San Javier. And around 10 minutes from Torrevieja and its
beach.
