A luxurious and well equipped villa situated in the Dream Hills area of Torrevieja, an ideal location for your holiday in the sun.
The spacious lounge and dining room is very comfortably furnished with sofa and armchair, coffee table, display units and a lovely dining table which comfortably seats six.The owners of the villa have created a lovely homely feel and without a furniture pack in sight!
UK TV has been installed with a wide range of UK channels including Sky Movies, Sky Sports and more than 20 other favourite channels. A DVD player is provided, so don't forget to bring along your favourite dvd's.
The separate kitchen is contemporary in design and is fully equipped for your stay including full oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing mashine, fridge freezer and all crockery and utensils.
There is a small downstairs bathroom comprising walk in shower, washbasin and wc.
On the ground floor is the first of the villa's three bedrooms. This room comprises twin beds, bedside table and lamp and fitted robes.
Air conditioning has been installed in both the living room and master bedroom. This system also provides heating.
On the first floor, there is the second twin bedroom which also comprises bedside table and lamp and fitted robes.The colour scheme of soft furnishings in this room is lilac, creating a modern and fresh feel.
The master bedroom is a real taste of luxury with large comfortable bed, fitted robes, bedside tables and lamps and it's own airconditioning and heating system. French windows lead you to the large furnished balcony.
The family bathroom is modern and fully tiled comprising bath, overbath shower, vanity basin, wc and bidet.
The villa benefits from large terraces to front and side of property. The tiled front porch is ideal for sitting in the evening sun.
As well as the sun balcony off the master bedroom there is a large rooftop solarium which is perfect for daytime sunbathing with complete privacy. Also offers views of the beautiful Salt Lakes of Torrevieja.
Outdoor garden furniture, sunloungers and parasol are available for use.
A barbecque and tools are also available.
We have a generous drive secured with gates.
There are 2 large communal swimming pools available for use (2 mins walk from property) where access is restricted to card holders (Cards will be available with keys on arrival).

The Area
Dream Hills is a resedential area within the more established area of Los Balcones. Close to all amenities, you will find restaurants, bars and mini market within a 5 minute walk.
The large town of Torrevieja with beach side walks, a marina, restaurants, shopping, varied nightlife and a casino, all only a 10 minute drive away. Beautiful white sand beaches and the blue flag beach of La Zenia is a similar distance. Torrevieja also boasts many other activities such as mini golf, go-karting, cinemas, bowling alley, aquapark and a large hypermarket which should meet all your holiday needs. A bus route to Torrevieja centre is only a 5 mins walk.
A range of golf courses including the championship Villa Martin course are all close by.
