The twin bedroom is a good size and comprises two single beds, bedside table and lamp, fitted robes and a ceiling fan.
The family bathroom has a marble vanity basin and storage unit, wc, bidet, bath and over bath shower.
There is a second wc located on the ground floor.
The sofa bed in the lounge provides space for an extra 2 people to sleep comfortably.
There are 2 community pools,one of which is set in tranquil gardens.Both are just a few metres from the house.

The Area
Situated beyond the gated entrance to the prestigious Real Club de Golf Campomar, the area has a real feel of luxury and relaxation.
The Club House is highly regarded as a wonderful place for drinks or a sumptuous meal, set in glorious gardens, overlooking the golf couse.If you feel like a change from the community pool why not have a dip in this one?
Facilities of Campomar Golf include caddie and buggy hire, golf lessons, practice grounds and balls.
With it's 18 holes - par 72, the layout of this course has been adapted both to the professional player and the amateur. The fairways are wide and long but the greens and the inclination of the fairways are the big challenges.
Aside from the obvious attraction, please remember that you are only a short drive from some of the best blue flag beaches on the Southern Costa Blanca.
A good choice of bars, restaurants and shops can be found within a 10 minute drive.
The centre of Torrevieja, if you feel like some hustle and bustle for a while, is just 15 minutes by car.
