Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment is furnished with comfort in mind.
Situated on the impressive Las Ramblas Golf Course, the apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings.
Being on the ground floor, the apartment is ideal for those with mobility problems and I have yet to see a ground floor property with more stunning views!
The lounge is really spacious and furnished with comfortable sofa and armchair, light wood coffee table, display cabinet, matching dining table with seating for six.
The feature fireplace adds a homely feel and for your entertainment, UK tv, cd stereo system and dvd player have all been installed. Remember to bring your favourite cds and dvds!
Large patio doors lead out to the spacious furnished balcony where you can enjoy a barbecue whilst looking out over the gorgeous pool and the golf course beyond.
For the long, hot summer, free standing fans are provided and heaters are available for the short, chilly winter evenings.
The American style kitchen is modern in design and fully fitted. Fully equipped for your stay, with oven and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker plus all crockery and utensils.
The three light and airy bedrooms all contain twin beds, fitted robes, bedside tables and lamps.
One of the bedrooms has it's own en-suite bathroom, comprising walk in shower, wc and gorgeous gold vanity basin.
The family bathroom has a blue and white meditteranean theme and comprises bath with over bath shower, wc, bidet and vanity unit.
The community pool is opposite the apartment and is landscaped with rock formations, waterfall feature and tropical trees and plants. A grassed area provides a lovely place to top up your tan.
For your security, the apartment is alarmed.
A secure underground garage provides a safe place to park the car and there is access to the apartments directly from the garage.
