Welcome to our villa situated in the glorious countryside just 2km from the delightful Spanish town of San Miguel de Salinas.

We enter through the rear gates onto a wrap around terrace and private driveway leading around to the side and front entrances to the villa.
The large terrace is fully tiled and is ideal for dining alfresco, cooking the barbecue and relaxing in the sun on our loungers.
On the terrace lies our very own pool which is 8 x 4 metres in size and has roman steps for easy access.
No buildings whatsoever spoil the uninterrupted views of open Spanish countryside and orchards.
A couple of steps lead up to the wrap around patio and patio doors at the front of the villa.
We enter the villa into the spacious living and dining area. Really comfortably furnished with reclining sofas, coffee table, entertainment unit, dining table with comfortable seating for six. The room is very light with windows all around affording lovely open views.For your comfort, this room is air conditioned.
For your entertainment, UK tv has been installed, providing a wide range of your favourite channels.
The separate kitchen is large and contemporary with fully fitted units. Fully equipped, the kitchen comprises full oven and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board, kettle, toaster plus all crockery and utensils.
Our three bedrooms are all a good size and comfortably furnished with a light, mediterranean style to the soft furnishings.
The Master Suite comprises double bed, fitted robes, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, wc, bidet and vanity basin.For your comfort, this room is air conditioned.
The two twin bedrooms comprise 2 single beds in each room, fitted robes, bedside table and lamp and ceiling fan.Again, these rooms are air conditioned for your comfort.
The family bathroom is fully tiled and comprises bath with overbath shower, wc, bidet and vanity basin.
The villa is adjacent to properties 52 and 53 - ideal for families travelling together.
