We will need:

A signed contract from yourself
2 sets of keys
Your Property Inventory (we can do this for a small charge if you don't already have one)
We will provide:
Photos of your property
Webpage design including full descriptions, photos, rates and availability calendar
A full rentals management service dealing with all enquiries, bookings, admin, finance etc
An up to date availability calendar maintained by ourselves
A full property management service including keyholding, emergency contact cover and access to our changeover cleaning and laundry service, client meet and greet service, security checks service plus all our Holiday Extra options for you and your guests

Our Diamond Service Provides Full Rentals Management and Property Management and charges a 20% Commission on Confirmed Rental Bookings plus an Annual Property Management Membership Fee of £50

The Property Management Element (included in the costs above) of our Diamond Service is undertaken by our sister company Blonde Banana.
