Ideal For:
Property Owners who have Property Management in place but do not have time to deal with enquiries and bookings, arrange arrivals and departures, collect monies etc.

We will need:
A full description of the property and area
Up to 10 photos of the property - both external and internal
Contact details of your Property Management people

We will provide:
A webpage containing full descriptions, photos, rates and availability calendar
A full rentals management service dealing with all enquiries, bookings, monies etc
An up to date availability calendar maintained by ourselves
Information on bookings emailed to your Property Management people

We cannot:
Hold Keys
Our Ruby Service Provides Rentals Management and takes a 20% Commission on Confirmed Bookings
