We will need:
A full description of the property and area
Up to 10 photos of the property - both external and internal
Your rental and changeover rates
Your contact details
A link to your availability calendar (if you have one)

We will provide:
A webpage containing full descriptions, photos, rates and availability calendar
A secure method for potential guests to contact you directly

We cannot:
Take enquiries and bookings on your behalf
Deal with any monies for your bookings
Deal with your Property Management people
Hold keys
Our Topaz Service Provides Advertising Only and charges a 10% Commission on Confirmed Booking Referrals
